I'm Hammad Matt, an independent fullstack developer and AI engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Online, I am widely known as Matt Hammad or Matt28. As an active developer in Indonesia, I build web applications, dashboards, content systems, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows for teams that need reliable products—not unnecessary complexity.

My priority is clear interface work, stable data flow, and architecture that remains readable as a project grows. Each engagement is scoped around what must ship first, then refined for performance, SEO structure, and long-term maintainability.
